You are tricked to believe that the installed application is an official Adobe Flash Player. The program you have installed is malware and it pretends to be Adobe Flash Player which silently installs unwanted software. I recommend taking immediate actions against it.
Please open regedit (Start > Run > regedit) and look for following key: {EBE677C0-CBCB-4EBF-8098-E27E1B5271CF}. Press F3 to bring the search dialog. Every key and string you find with this search needs to be deleted as soon as possible.
Also, please delete all files from these locations. You can try using Unlocker if the files refuse to delete.

You will need to delete the following registry keys using regedit:
"Tuguu SL" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
"<$PROGRAMFILES>\Tuguu SL\" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\".
"<$PROGRAMFILES>\Tuguu SL\VAFPlayer\" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\".
"<$PROGRAMFILES>\Tuguu SL\VAFPlayer\languages\" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\".
"<$PROGRAMS>\VAFPlayer\" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\".
Once you delete all these, please start msconfing (Start > Run > msconfig), navigate to Startup tab and uncheck everything related to this application.
If you encounter additional problems, you might need to perform an automatic clean using a tool like Malwarebytes AntiMalware. Start the procedure by opening the program from your desktop after you install it. An update is recommended for latest malware signatures procedures.
