Basically, SafeZone is regular Chrome, but without installed plug-ins. Its name suggests a safe browsing experience achieved by disabling potential plug-ins that could lead to malware spreading (Flash Included), therefore it's not possible to load Flash. However, there have been reports from users who loaded Flash just fine. Make sure you have Flash installed for Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
