I have uninstalled FirstSteps, but obviously the program gets installed again when I restart the computer. I don't want the program! What should I do?

I have uninstalled FirstSteps, but obviously the program gets installed again when I restart the computer. I don't want the program! What should I do?

Please go to Start > Run > type msconfig and navigate to the Startup tab. Locate FirstSteps on the list and uncheck it. Also, go to Control Panel > Administration Tools > Services. Locate any service related to FirstSteps and disable it by right clicking on it. Restart the computer and the application will stop running at startup.
