If you can't use PC Suite to connect your phone, you lack drivers for the handset or there was an error while the PC Suite (PC Companion) application was installing. In this case, I recommend downloading another setup package of the PC Suite. This time you need to install it with Administrator rights. If you want to connect the phone to the computer, make sure that you are using the right connection once the phone has been plugged in.
