Can I record my desktop using Lifeframe?

It would be nice to be able to record what I do on my desktop. I looked for options using Lifeframe to see if I could record my desktop with it and I can't find anything that would make it record my desktop. Is there a way that I can record my desktop using Lifeframe?

Lifeframe application is not intended for desktop recording. There are other applications that were designed for such operations. For that purpose I can recommend you CamStudio as it's an open-source application that can record your screen and export the result to a variety of file formats. Download and install the application then select the area you want to record and click on the Record button. Once the recording is finished you will have the possibility to export the result to a common video format extension.
