How to burn 16:9 letterbox with Freemake video converter?

When I want to burn a movie to a DVD with Freemake video converter, I cannot find the option 16:9 letterbox?

After the movie will be added. You will need to select To DVD then you will need to click on the 4:3 option. Once you click this option, 16:9 option will be available to choose from. You can see on the bottom image how it should look like.
