How to develop Blackberry 9860 to Android OS?

I want to run APK files on my device. Is it even possible?

You cannot run an APK file inside a BlackBerry environment because these files can only be launched in Android OS as these were made for this OS. It's possible with an emulator, but these emulators do not exist.
