Please navigate to its entry on Software Informer's page and click on the big green upper-left square 'Download'. Once you click the button, you will be taken to a page from where the downloading automatically starts. Install the application as a normal one following its wizard instructions, then you can start it from the desktop.
It is not possible to download an older version of the application because it isn't listed on websites that store older versions of products.
