Utility for 3D supply chain reconstruction.

Can this software be used to construct a 3d map of the a city specific sector? For example, list and detail all organisations related to that sector/supply chain & then include detail such as key figures/contact information, for each organisation? Effectively creating a 3d map for a corporate?
