Can I block users from entering to blocked sites using Hotspot Shield with the help of Kaspersky Admin Kit 10.0 ??

Can I prevent users from entering the blocked sites using Hotspot Shield with the help of Kaspersky Admin Kit 10.0 ?? They are actually using software like Hotspot Shield to bypass the proxy.

You can manually disable the Hotspot application by using system policy. Please go to Start > Run and type "gpedit.msc". Expand the tree to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System and double click Don’t run specified Windows applications. Enable the setting, add Hotspot to the list and they can't run the application anymore. Also, you need to have individual users with limited access.
