Mobileconnect.exe has encountered a problem to connect

When I attach my Beetel E11 modem to my laptop, sometimes it connects to the Internet but sometimes it does not. Nowadays my laptop prompts the message "Mobileconnect.exe has encountered a problem to connect". Please tell me how to resolve this problem.

The problem with these applications is that they are somewhat unstable and even a simple change in the registry could get them to malfunction. In this case, a simple re-installation of the software fixes the problem easily without too much hassle. The problem with connection is related to the signal power and coverage area.
