I have an error when Beetel modem is accessed. I get a "violation access" error. What should I do?

This error is occasionally encountered when the support application was launched without elevated access. Right click the executable and use Run as Administrator option. If this fix does not apply, please check if the modem is supported by the operating system it's installed in.
