The printer does not take any paper from the feed tray.

My printer is not taking paper from tray while printing. It will work if I do it manually.

Please unplug the printer, then plug it back and press power to turn on the printer. After this process, please go to the settings page in its support software and try to print a test page. If it does not work then it means you will need to take the printer to your local printer service as this is a hardware problem.

I had same problem. It works with very cheap 60g paper but the better quality paper will not get picked up by the feeder roller
