There seems to be a problem with the printer heads. Turn on the printer, press the safety button and lift the cover protecting the heads and wait for them to get into the maintenance position. Check the heads for proper alignment into their respective holes and then press the cove back. By this time, the printer should reset itself and return to normal operation mode. If the problem persistsб you should contact a service support for printers.
