Experiencing slow download problems

Our IT Dept loaded Oximetry Software version Masimo Rad 8. IT Department kept the Disc and has denied any responsibility for any further problems. The Download is extremely slow, and at conclusion states 'No Data'.
Is there a Operator Manual available that we might be able to troubleshoot the system?

The slow download problem is related to your Internet connection as the software is using the available bandwidth and it does not have any limitations on this. Also, if you don't have support available, then you can use the contact info to reach customer service since they will help you with any matter related to the device and software's functionality.
