Experiencing Connectivity problem with MicroPEM version 3.2A air sampler.

I am N. Srinivasan from Sri Ramachandra University chennai. We are currently working with MicroPEM version 3.2 (an instrument for our particulate matter measurement in our research study) and we are experiencing problem in connecting the air sampler with the desktop or laptop for data download/launch/resetting/adjusting flow rate. We tried connecting the air sampler with different operating systems containing different version of microPEM software (ver 1.6 and ver 2.0 software), but we are still unable to connect the air sampler with the desktop. Please help us by providing a guideline or solution to overcome this connectivity issue as soon as possible.

The support for these products is inadequate. It means that the products are listed as being available on various websites and that's it. No documents or troubleshooting information is presented. I've tried to find configuration documents or something related but with no success. I recommend contacting the manufacturer/developer of the application.
