Start PXE over IPv4

Some times when I start my new Dell laptop, this comes: "Start PXE over IPv4". What does it mean and what's the problem?

You encounter that messages when the computer has skipped booting from its previous devices and it does not find the hard drive. This message is related to network booting. That means that the computer activated booting from a LAN device. Please go to your BIOS menu and set up the OS as being the primary boot option instead of the network.
