I can't use Play Store. When I try to use it, I get an answer: "Google Play Store is stopped".

I believe there is something wrong with the cache and data of Google Play Store. Usually clearing cache fixes most issues including the one you have. Please use the following navigation instructions: Menu button -> Settings -> Application manager -> All; then find Google Play Store, and then tap on Clear cache & Clear data. You can also restart your phone.
