Play Store error on a Samsung S3 phone.

Question

I can't open Play Store on my Samsung S3. It keeps flashing the terms windows to accept or decline but this is ticked.

Please press the Menu button and tap on the Settings. While in the Settings menu, locate Application manager. Select All tab and locate Google Play and Google Play Services. Tap on Clear data then try to browse the store again. Also, make sure that the Internet connection is active.
