Please advise how we can send the filled out Federal Quarterly 941 report electronically to the IRS (EFTPS)- currently we see only a print button. Your help is appreciated.
You can email the report in PDF file format. You can do this with a virtual printer (CutePDF Writer). Download and install the package then open your application, fill the report and use Print. Choose CutePDF engine and press Print. You will be given the possibility to save as PDF then you can use any favorite email client or service to send the file.
