Polaris viewer and LG Optimus Q file problem

I see that some files are empty and I want to know how to see what is in them. I know they can't be empty.

Polaris Viewer lists all the opened files in the past. It keep a history of those opened files. If you find empty files, then it means that those files are not in they original place anymore. You deleted or moved them from the original location.

Well, I found that when I hooked my phone up to my computer and went through the down loads I had a lot of pictures on there from facebook and a lot of things like park maps and things I had only intended to view. Then I went though and deleted the cache and on some things the data. Now my phone can be used again! yay!!!
