Can Bentley Viewer open Microstation files?

The Bentley Viewer application is an utility which can print, view, measure and open files from Autocad, Microstation or any i-model hybrid projects so you can certainly open Microstation files in the viewer for different operations available.

Hello, I am a civil draughtsman in microsation, using v8i version. Very unfortunately I merge a master file with a copy. And this file contain thousands of element. But for my bad luck, these files ae already in my master one(I did not remember that I off the layer only ). So now im facing a big problem to delete the over writtern elements.

And main importat think is that all are in same layer.

Can you guide me that, there is any tools to kill the over written files/ element. Can you please guide me? Thanks & Regards
