I can't use my Outlook because of the problem with the SMTP port.

The SMTP port is configured on the service you want to use. Please check your local firewall or ask your administrator regarding this issue. If you're not part of a domain, you can exclude the administrator. Also, make sure to configure Outlook for the settings of the service you want to use.

Log into your gmail account.Select Settings (upper right of the page).Select Forwarding and POP. In POP Download siecton select one of Enable POP options.Then go to Configuration instructions at point 3, you have there all your informations to configure your mail client.Don't forget to save your changes!
