This is an all-in-one search application which modifies the start page of your currently installed browsers and it also adds toolbar.
The uninstallation procedure is rather easy. From Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox, simply go to add-ons/extensions and remove it using the standard removal procedure.
In Internet Explorer, please go to Tools > Internet options and modify the start page of your browser then from the Manage Add-ons menu, disable the search engine and the toolbar that it's bundled with.
