My mic Conexant CX20587 Smartaudio HD is not working

What I can do about it? I have a Toshiba laptop and all I tried didn't help.

First you need to manually disable any startup applications in order to eliminate conflicts. You can do this by starting the Startup configuration menu using msconfig from Start > Run. Disable all the applications then restart the computer. Also, try to use defaults in your Sound Manager and completely clear any settings. Once you do this, use your mic again in your favorite application.
