Question

Card Studio 2012 does not open for working with a card. The front title page shows up, I click on a card, then get a blank blue screen with either a magnifying glass with an "x" in the middle or a tan hand form.

This is rather a bad setting instead of a program error. Please reset the settings of the program to default using the configuration menu then try to open the card again. Also, if the software is using any cache, please delete it and then open your files.
