How to unlock my phone because it's asking for Google details, but data connection and wireless were off?

The unlocking procedure requires an active Internet connection in order for the unlocking PIN to be emailed to you. If the phone can't use this feature, it is necessary to perform a Factory Reset.

Turn off the phone and press Volume up + Power button + Menu. Once in the Recovery Menu, select Wipe data and restart the phone and you will get access to your phone. Please notice that all your applications will be deleted and settings will also be cleared.

Your phone was reset to factory settings. To use this phone, enter your previous PIN. That's the thing I don't know the pin number how do I fix that
