There is no special way of installing drivers on a computer. Drivers have automated installer or instructions for manual ways.
If you don't have an automated installer, manual way is simple enough to get the job done.
Extract the archive with the drivers in a location of choice. Go to Control Panel and click on System then navigate to Hardware tab and Device Manager. Identify the device on the list and right click it choosing Update Driver. The next window will require you to select for what type of device you want to install the drivers for. If you don't know, choose Show all Devices. Click Browse, and navigate to the folder you have extracted the drivers and select the proper INF file. Click next, confirm again and wait to install. If there are any additional windows that appear, make sure you also confirm the installation.
Restart the computer when it's done and your drivers are installed.
