Is it possible to download photos from my R100 ZTE Telecom phone?

Can I download Join Me in Windows 8 & will I be able to download my photos from my old R100 Telecom mobile phone?

The Join Me application was successfully tested in Windows 7 and the installed drivers work just fine. Once you install the application, connect the phone using the USB cable and you can transfer your photos.
