I cannot run Audio CD Maker on the Windows 7 system. It reports that there are problems with ASPI drivers on the system. The installed drivers are GEARAspiWDM.sys and cdrom.sys for a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS40 ATA Device (made by LG).
Can anyone help, please? The program worked well on my XP computer.

This application is rather old. Windows 7 has compatibility problems because it's trying to use drivers that are not available in Windows 7 anymore. I recommend another burning solution like ImgBURN, Nero or Ashampoo. You have a decent computer able to run the Windows 7 OS, there is no need to stick to old applications when there are better ones capable of offering additional features and options.

Thanks very much for taking the trouble to reply. I have in the interim come right with Ashampoo Burning Studio. Got a bit attached to Audio CD Maker so am sorry to lose its functionality. But, progress we must!
