When I try to download applications from Google Play Store for my LG E400, it says "Error while retrieving information from server". I don't know why is this happening. What should I do?
Please check your local Internet connection because the phone can't establish a proper connection to the download server. If you're using a router, perform a reset pushing the back reset button. Make sure that the connection is properly configured.
