Tata Ex Accounting Software doesn't work properly in Windows 7

I have installed a Tata Ex Accounting Software on my Windows 7 PC. After installation of this software, when I was trying to work, an error appeared: "Fatal error, generic file error. If the problem persists contact support desk."

The software was not designed to work on Windows 7 PC because of the installer which is a common problem among applications designed for Windows XP and prior. Try to set compatibility to the application then run it again. If it still does not want to run, I believe you will have to contact the developers for additional information.
