Please restart your laptop and boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 continuously. When the service menu appears, please choose Safe Mode and let the computer boot into the selected mode.
Once the computer starts, go to Start > Run > type msconfig and go to the Startup tab. From that point, disable every application you find unnecessary by unchecking the corresponding box next to it and restart your computer. Also, uninstall all the programs you don't need and use, they are known as bloatware.
