Do you have any software through which I can connect XCD35 mobile to my PC and access the Internet?

This phone is Android-based and it offers tethering over a USB connection. It will streams the data connection to PC when the phone is connected to PC through a USB cable. You can find this option in Menu > Settings > Wireless and networks > Portable hotspot and tethering. Once you plug in the cable to the PC, you will have the ability to enable the option.
