There are multiple causes why you can't connect to the Internet, but you should check:
- Internet connection mode (Dial-up, Broadband, Static IP, etc). This is the way you connect to the Internet through your ISP.
- Drivers related to your computer can be downloaded from the official support of your PC. If it's a Lenovo branded computer, you can download drivers from the support page. Type in the product number of your computer, choose the OS and then download the network driver.
- Check your firewall to allow outgoing connections. You can do this from the Control Panel under System and Security.
