How do I uninstall Keybar 1.6 toolbar? The toolbar is not present in the Chrome > Extensions menu.
You guys are going way beyond the scope of this issue! Open your browser go to the search engine where it says KEYBAR next to that in the same box you will see a small icon with a small drop down menu. Click on the drop down.. at the bottom of the list you will see "manage Search Engines" Click on that and then you will see keybar and others if you have more .. click on it then it will UN-shade the side buttons.. then hit remove!
For Google Chrome users, go to the top right corner of your screen and click on the icon with three straight lines. Go into settings and then extensions. There you can remove the stupid Keybar thing! I'm glad I figured out how to remove it.
Keybar 1.6 toolbar is a very malicious adware which is really stubborn. That's why you cannot remove it completely.
