How to change Symbian Belle OS to Windows Mobile?

You can't install Windows Mobile on a Symbian Belle phone. Windows phones released to Nokia are from Lumia category (610,900,510,920). If you want a phone with Windows OS you will need to acquire one of the models mentioned.
