For Symbian Belle there is qooPlayer as an alternative to the video standard player. This is all I could find since Symbian is pretty limited to applications of this kind. Use your browser and navigate to Ovi Store's entry and set your phone model using the upper-left menu. If the application is available for your phone, then you can install it and watch multimedia files.
