How can I turn .cgi files from the data directory to .dat files?

When I try to get the .dat file from my SSI WebCapi module, this file is empty. But in the data directory I saw my questionnaires in .cgi files.

How can I turn them into .dat files?

I'm using SSI Web Capi Module 2.2.0

There has to be something wrong with the SSI Module because the default format is DAT and the results are saved to the DAT file. CGI files store only a portion of the DAT files. Please re-install the Module and perform a new operation.
