What is PRE11 STI 64Installer and can I safely remove it?

The add-on is used to install Adobe Premier Elements for 64bit versions of Windows. If you don't need it you can safely remove it. Also, removing the installer also removes the possibility to add new features to Adobe Premier Elements.
