How do I upgrade firmware on Nokia Asha 305?

I want to install the Hike Messenger application on my Nokia Asha 305, but I am required to upgrade my firmware. How can I do this?

i said nokia pc suite how to run 3g in that

The update process is done through the PC Suite application available for Nokia phones. Please install the support software and plug in your phone through the USB cable. If there is a firmware update available for you phone you will be prompted to upgrade. Up next, you need to follow the instructions carefully.
