How can I recover data from Nokia Asha 305?

While I was using my Nokia Asha 305, it suddenly switched off. When I switched it on, I found that some of my messages and icons got deleted I even scan't open some of them. When I clicked on some blank messages, the phone switched off again. How can I resolve this problem? Please help me!

If you don't have a backup of those files, you can't recover them because Nokia phones are pretty limited when it comes to data recovery and when you delete a message or when a message is deleted, there is no way to recover it if you don't have a backup performed manually.
