Since it can use only proprietary software, you will not be able to use Nokia PC Suite to upgrade or flash the firmware. This is done using 3rd party custom tools. You can either visit the official Nokia service or take it to a local phone service where they will flash it. I recommend this way because the approach is done using a custom box which has the ability to safely flash your phone.
