Can Email Marketer Pro sofware be used with SFDC?

We have a client that is using Email Marketer Pro with the home-grown CRM system (MySQL/PHP-based system). They are also using Salesforce and want to know if we can connect Email Marketer Pro to Salesforce? This would allow them to track campaign performance in Salesforce using Campaign Management and also allow them to send out more than 1,000 emails per day which is the limit of mass emails being sent out of SFDC.

Email Marketer Pro is a Windows application while SFDC is a CRM web based application. It's a little complicated to connect these two since they are working on two different platforms. If you can export the email list from SFDC then yes it will be possible to connect them.
