LINE messenger is not available for the Symbian operating system. I am afraid you can't install it in your phone.

At MWC 2013, LINE Messenger releases the beta version for Nokia Asha devices. It is stated to be released via Nokia store in March, starting from 13 APAC nations, starting from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thai, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
