I received an error with my software: "Software with this SNR is already registered on another computer".

I bought in Germany a USB slide scanner from Sumikon. With the slide scanner, there was Blazer Photo 2.0 with SNR 7ERMXXXXXXX. Then I got the error message "Software with this SNR is already registered on another computer".
But this is impossible. What can I do?

This is an awkward situation indeed and it shouldn't happen if you know that you didn't install the application before. Try to remove the program and install it again. If the problem persists, use the contact solutions provided by the software to solve this matter with the developer.
