You have tried to access your account with a wrong password which in this case the system automatically locks up the account forbidding you to log in for a certain amount of time. If this happened, you will need to use the Forget a password function.
Also, if this is still not working then you will need to contact Nokia team and explain the situation providing all the details attached to the account.
