You need to run the application on a computer inside your network. The machine needs all ports to be open so it can analyze all the traffic. This is the statement from the official support site of the application.
Also, please follow these steps in order to configure OpManager to work with Netflow Analyzer:
- Click the Admin tab
- Go to Global Settings, click Add-On/Products Settings
- Click NetFlow Settings icon and type the following NetFlow Analyzer server details:
-Port (default is 8080)
-Polling Interval in mins
Save the settings.
