I have uninstalled BHA B's Recorder Gold on my Dell PC yet, when I insert a CD into my CD/DVD drive, the computer crashes giving a blue screen. After I cold boot it, the reason for my computer crashing is said to be a conflict with B's Recorder Gold. It is getting worse as time goes by. How do I contact a technician with BHA to walk me through removing this problem?

Even though BHA B's Recorder Gold has been removed from your computer, it is important to clean the registry also. You can do this either manually or by using a specialized application. The first solution is to download AthTek RegistryCleaner, an application that performs fast scans of your PC, cleans redundant registry items and optimizes the system structure. Find out more about it from the following link http://athtek-registrycleaner.software.informer.com/ Revo Uninstaller allows you to completely uninstall an application, by cleaning even the last trace of a file or registry entry. Go to http://revo-uninstaller.software.informer.com/ for more information.
As an ultimate solution, you can try to manually delete BHA B's Recorder Gold's leftovers. Choose Start from your taskbar, select Run, type regedit and hit OK. Expand the HKEYCURRENTUSER folder, Software and B.H.A folder also in the left part of the window and leave them like that. Next, expand the HKEYLOCALMACHINE folder in the left part of the window, the Software folder and B.H.A folder. Delete the "B's Recorder GOLD" folder in the left part of the window but be careful not to delete any other files/folders. Expand the HKEYLOCALMACHINE folder in the left part of the window, followed by the Software folder, the Microsoft folder, the Windows folder, the CurrentVersion folder, the Uninstall folder. Delete the "BsrecGOLD**deinstKey" and the "{1BA58B1D-0783-4147-8882-F8D3D1EC09FD}" folder in the left part of the window. Do not delete any other files/folders. Close the Registry Editor and restart Windows. Delete the "B's Recorder GOLD" folder using the Explorer or My Computer(this folder is found in the "Program Files" folder by default). Open the "InstallShield Installation Information" folder also found in the "Program Files" folder. If the "InstallShield Installation Information" folder is not visible, enable "Show all files" under Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View tab, then click OK.
Delete the "{1BA58B1D-0783-4147-8882-F8D3D1EC09FD}" folder if it still exists.
