How do I get B's Recorder Gold out of my computer. I have uninstalled it yet it keeps crashing my computer when I insert a CD. I need a phone number to reach a BHA tech support person.
I have uninstalled BHA B's Recorder Gold on my Dell PC yet, when I insert a CD into my CD/DVD drive, the computer crashes giving a blue screen.
